The topic for this session is Building An Effective Sales Team. Come hear Chip Doyle of Sandler Sales Institute share his insights on hiring the right salespeople and then effectively motivating them to break new records. He will discuss sales performance myths and also teach the group how to recognize when a salesperson has an undermining belief that limits their achievements. Leaders' Circle is a peer-to-peer advisory group designed to assist women business owners who have $2 million+ in revenues in the growth of their businesses.
